Changxing Island speeds up work on petrochemical industry park

The Changxing Island Industrial Zone has announced that it will pick up the pace of work on a global petrochemical industry park, in the city of Dalian, Liaoning province, on Aug 6.

In the second half of this year, the zone will give priority to a PetroChina's refining project, olefin industrial chain project, and a methanol comprehensive utilization project to ensure open construction before next year. The industrial zone will also try to improve its olefin and arene industries, while its infrastructures and urbanization are being improved. The zone will develop modern services to improve people's lives, employment, health, social insurance, culture, and poverty elimination.
